Kim Tzoumakas

Kim Tzoumakas is the Chief Executive Officer of VytlOne and a member of the board of directors. VytlOne partners with hospitals and health systems to provide pharmacy management services, PBM, and 340B optimization.
With more than 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in the healthcare industry, Kim has extensive experience building high performing corporate cultures and driving business transformation and performance. She has provided strategic, transactional, and governance advice to healthcare providers, including serving as a board member or advisor to public and private companies.
Kim previously served as CEO of RAYUS Radiology, a leading national provider for advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology services and as CEO of 21st Century Oncology, one of the largest integrated cancer care networks in the world.
She holds a Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from Thomas Cooley Law School and a BBA from Northwood University.
Tony Finazzo

As Chief Financial Officer, Tony oversees all financial strategy and financial operations at VytlOne.
Tony has almost 20 years of finance and strategy leadership experience, with over 10 years focused on healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining VytlOne, Tony served in the Chief Financial Officer role with Paragon Healthcare, an omni-channel ambulatory, home and specialty infusion services company. He was responsible for Accounting, FP&A/Analytics, Treasury, Revenue Cycle Management, Procurement, and other corporate functions.
Prior experience includes Finance leadership roles with various public and private companies, such as Price Waterhouse Coopers(PwC), Tandy Brands Accessories and Jani-King International.
Tony earned his BBA in Accounting and Master’s in Finance from Texas A&M University. He also holds a professional license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas.
Amy Garrigues

Amy serves as the Chief Transformation and Growth Officer, overseeing VytlOne’s business development, sales, strategy, account management, and marketing departments, as well as providing cross-functional leadership and oversight to drive VytlOne’s execution, growth, and development on key strategic priorities and to facilitate long-term value creation. Amy has a great depth and breadth of expertise in healthcare and brings more than 20 years of experience in leading healthcare companies and advising Board of Directors on operational and strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer with RAYUS Radiology, overseeing all operational aspects of a national imaging company and leading its joint ventures with hospitals and physicians, and previously as its Chief Strategy & Development Officer, responsible for all business development, M&A, hospital partnerships, technology, and marketing efforts at RAYUS. Prior to joining RAYUS, Amy was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for 21st Century Oncology, overseeing its operational and strategic transformation leading up to its successful sale in 2020. Amy has also previously served as a healthcare partner with King & Spalding LLP and as a healthcare strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
She holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Joel Wright

As President of Pharmacy Services, Joel oversees VytlOne’s managed pharmacy, pharmacy technology, and specialty pharmacy services.
Joel has more than 30 years of healthcare experience across retail operations, specialty pharmacy, and home infusion. Prior to joining VytlOne, Joel was the CEO of AllianceRx Walgreen Pharmacy, one of the largest specialty and home delivery companies with over 2,500 professionals in locations across the country.
Joel is dedicated to patient care, improving patient outcomes, and optimizing healthcare processes through innovation. He has extensive experience building strategic alliances with pharmaceutical manufacturers, securing access to limited distribution medications, building programs to enhance patient utilization and adherence, and pioneering innovative digital solutions to enrich patient and provider experiences. Prior to AllianceRx, Joel held various executive leadership roles at Walgreens including Divisional Vice President of Walgreens Specialty Solutions Group where he was responsible for the operations of five central specialty and 250 local specialty pharmacies spanning the United States and Puerto Rico.
Joel earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris University and completed the Executive Management Program for Pharmacy leaders at the Wharton School of Business.
Miranda Yeager

President, Gateway Health Partners
Miranda has more than 25 years of leadership experience in pharmacy benefits management. Prior to her role as President, Miranda served as Chief Client Officer at Gateway Health Partners.
Miranda brings a wealth of strategic insight to managing client relationships and fostering collaborative growth having worked in or led client services, Medicare Part D, reporting, compliance, product development, marketing and other key functions.
Prior to joining Gateway, she held leadership roles at Argus Health Systems (now SS&C Health), CatalystRx Health Solutions (later Catamaran) and WellPoint / Anthem. Early in her career she served as Director of Clinical Pharmacy at BCBS of North Carolina.
Miranda earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University and received a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Policy and Evaluative Sciences from the University of North Carolina.
Leah Bailey

As General Counsel, Leah provides pragmatic and strategic legal advice and leads a team of attorneys, compliance professionals, and support staff to help business leaders achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
Leah has 20 years of experience in healthcare law driving transactions, government affairs, and thought leadership. She entered the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry in 2008 at Prime Therapeutics and advised various departments of the PBM, the mail and specialty pharmacies, and 340B strategy. At Prime, she was an active team member in creating a joint venture with a national pharmacy chain.
Leah earned her B.A. from the University of Buffalo and received her Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School. Leah is an active thought partner to industry groups such as PCMA and CV340B.
Dustin Baxter

As Chief Information Officer, Dustin oversees all IT security, development, infrastructure, and support operations.
Dustin has more than 25 years of technology leadership experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to joining VytlOne, Dustin served as Vice President, Systems Development at SS&C Pharmacy Solutions where he was responsible for all aspects of technology including software development, solutions architecture, technology lifecycle management, IT operations, support, and analytics. Dustin has previously served in systems development, product development, and engineering roles focusing on software development, architecture, support, analytics, and project management.
Dustin earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Information Science from Kansas State University and holds a Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership from The Chartered Management Institute located in Corby, London.
Joe Ellison

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Joe is responsible for all HR functions including talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and compensation and benefits.
Joe has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in healthcare and life sciences. He brings a passion for talent management and has deep experience developing strategies and capabilities to attract and retain top talent, build executive teams, and lead cultural transformation.
Prior to joining VytlOne, Joe served in CHRO roles at several life sciences companies including Caris Life Sciences, and has experience launching pharmacies and new service divisions, and has successfully integrated teams and cultures through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes leading nationwide Talent Acquisition for Caremark Rx within CVS Health.
Joe earned his B.B.A. from the University of North Texas and received his M.B.A from Amberton University. He also holds professional certifications as a Global Professional in HR, Strategic Professional in HR, and related functional credentials.

Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer
As Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Kim is responsible for overseeiacng and managing VytlOne’s compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Kim joined VytlOne in January 2024 as Vice President, Compliance, and Chief Privacy Officer, overseeing many core compliance functions in addition to implementing VytlOne’s privacy program. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the compliance field, with the majority focused in the health care sector. Prior to joining VytlOne, Kim served as the U.S. Privacy Officer at Cigna and held various compliance leadership roles during her 16 years at Express Scripts, managing complex privacy and compliance challenges in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and pharmacy space.
Kim earned her B.A. from Truman State University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University. Additionally, Kim maintains several professional certifications in privacy and compliance.
